We are now looking for nursing assistants for our newly started night patrol within Hägersten-Älvsjö home care!

As a nursing assistant at night, you work both alone and together with a colleague. Since the operation is new, you have great opportunities to influence work methods and routines.

Your role

The work within the night patrol is independent and developing. As a nursing assistant at night, you primarily work with care interventions and respond to and address safety alarms. You will belong to a workgroup, and you are jointly responsible for this. It requires a flexible working method and good collaboration with colleagues. You also need to be self-sufficient and service-oriented.

Your competence and experience

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a trained nursing assistant with proof of a protected professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare.
• Has a B driver's license.
• Documentation and reporting are part of the job, so it is important that you are computer literate and have a good command of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form.

It is meritorious:

• If you have worked in a night patrol for home care.
• Experience working with people with various disabilities is meritorious.
• Good local knowledge of Hägersten-Älvsjö.
• Completed training in ergonomics and CPR.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal qualities.
