✈️About the role

As a Flight Coordinator, you will work with both group and individual bookings and have responsibility for basic recon tasks. You will follow procedures and manuals to manage bookings, rebookings, and schedule changes. The role requires the ability to handle bookings efficiently according to established processes and to know when it is time to escalate a case to a senior colleague.

Your main areas of responsibility are:

• Manage name reporting, individual rebookings, and group bookings according to standard procedures.
• Interpret airline rules and conditions, reformulate these for internal departments.
• Work closely with the team to ensure that all information is correct and up to date.
• Identify when a case becomes too complex for your own level of expertise and escalate it to a senior colleague.
• Provide basic support to junior team members and help them navigate simpler flight issues.

🌟 About you

You have the ability to quickly prioritize and manage multiple tasks at the same time. Accuracy and precision are second nature to you, and you work methodically. You are an expert or have significant experience with airline regulations and procedures and the booking systems used in the industry, such as Amadeus. Additionally, experience in managing group travel is a big plus.

You have:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in the travel and/or aviation industry.
• Good understanding of airline rules, conditions, and basic group management.
• Experience using booking systems like Amadeus; knowledge of TravelFusion and NDC group management is a plus.
• The ability to communicate effectively and support colleagues in the production department with high accuracy and service spirit.
• Fluency in both Swedish and English, in both spoken and written form.
