Media Coordinator - Paid Media

As a Media Coordinator at Gina Tricot, you will work closely with our Paid Social Specialist and Head of Paid Media, to whom you will report. You will be a central part of the daily operations of our paid digital channels, contributing operationally and tactically to maximize effectiveness, profitability, and growth.

We currently work with platforms such as Google, Meta, and TikTok, and continuously evaluate new channels and opportunities. The role may also involve working with Affiliate Marketing and understanding how affiliates interact with other digital channels in our media mix.

Your Responsibilities

  • Work operationally and tactically with the Paid Social Specialist and Head of Paid Media

  • Plan, monitor, and optimize campaigns in channels like Google, Meta, and TikTok

  • Be responsible for budget management within parts of Gina Tricot's markets

  • Ongoing budget optimization to ensure the best possible business outcomes

  • Work with contact, coordination, and optimization within Affiliate Marketing

  • Ensure structure, follow-up, and quality within your area of responsibility

  • Understand and work with the interplay between affiliates and other digital media

  • Contribute to other digital marketing efforts and new platforms as needed

  • Analyze and report results with a focus on learnings, improvements, and scalability

Qualifications

  • Experience in digital marketing, preferably within Paid Media, Paid Social, or performance marketing

  • Familiarity with budget management and budget optimization

  • Strong analytical skills and comfortable with follow-up and reporting

  • Structured and meticulous, with good prioritization skills

  • Experience or interest in Affiliate Marketing is a plus

ABOUT THE POSITION Employment type: The position is a full-time position with a permanent contract, starting with a 6-month probation period.

The position is based at our headquarters in Borås. ABOUT THE PROCESS We will call for interviews on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
