We are now looking for more Friends to our various stores in the area around Trollhättan, Uddevalla, and Vänersborg. As a Friend, you are employed by us at Retail Staffing and work on behalf of one of our clients' retail chains. You will be connected to a retail chain and will move between the chain's different stores as needed. You can quickly and easily book yourself via our app for the shifts that suit you and your schedule. We work with stores such as MQ, Hemtex, Lindex, etc.

As a salesperson, you are involved in all regular tasks in the store such as sales at the checkout and on the floor, customer service, stock, and picking. As a salesperson, you always provide a good customer experience. You are outgoing and actively engage in customer meetings. You take personal responsibility and work as a team with your colleagues in the store.

• It is a requirement according to the collective agreement we follow that you have another main occupation for at least one year ahead. This can be in the form of studies of at least 50%, part-time work of at least 50% (casual or hourly employment does not count), or you are a self-employed person with active F-tax.
• You have completed upper secondary education
• You have previously worked as a retail salesperson with personal sales in retail
• You must be able to work at least 2 shifts on weekdays during the day per week, in addition, there is also the opportunity to work weekends and evenings
• You can work irregular hours and can step in at short notice
• You have good language skills in Swedish and English

• You are flexible and enjoy not having a fixed schedule
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment
