As a Team Leader with us, you will have a central role in an area with great responsibility, varied tasks, and an engaged group that values collaboration. Here, you will have the opportunity to combine operational presence with long-term development work.

Your role

In the role of Team Leader in property management, you will lead a competent team that works with property and operations-related maintenance, environmental stations, loader driving, cleaning, and third-party inspections. You are responsible for planning, prioritizing, and following up on daily work while driving development with a multi-year perspective. The team is experienced, engaged, and independent, and you have an important role in supporting, coaching, and developing the group forward. You will also collaborate closely with team leaders and functions within the mine and plant, as well as be part of the maintenance management group where you contribute to development and improvement work.

Your tasks

  • Obtain quotes and make economic assessments related to maintenance needs
  • Drive structure, development work, and long-term planning within the unit
  • Collaborate with other sections and team leaders in the operation

Your contribution

You are an engaged, secure, and communicative leader with the ability to create structure in a daily life where both operational and strategic issues are in focus. You thrive on working closely with the operation and find it easy to build good relationships. Through a coaching approach, you contribute to a climate where the team develops and feels responsible for the results. At the same time, you have the ability to look ahead, drive improvement work, and think long-term.

We are looking for someone who has:
