Skoglunds is a well-established company in the Siljan area with extensive experience in both construction services and contracting. Our construction service department in Borlänge, which works with construction services and insurance damage in central and southern Dalarna, has grown step by step and today stands on a solid foundation.

About the role – Construction Service Craftsman

As a construction service craftsman with us, you will work on a wide and varied assignment where you meet both private individuals and corporate clients. You will perform most common construction service tasks – from insurance damage and ongoing maintenance to ROT projects, renovations, and assignments in more complex environments, including industrial settings. Our projects range from smaller service jobs to assignments worth millions.

The role is independent and responsible. You manage your own construction service projects in your daily work, with support from the department manager, project leader, and experienced colleagues when needed. At the same time, you are an important part of a close-knit team where collaboration and knowledge sharing are an obvious part of the work.

As a construction service craftsman, you are also a local representative for Skoglunds. This means you have natural customer contact and contribute to long-term relationships through professional interaction, good communication, and high quality in the work you deliver.

About you

We are looking for you with relevant education and work experience who is engaged and professional while maintaining your relationships with both customers, colleagues, and subcontractors.

Professional certification and a B driver's license are required. Knowledge of the Meps 2 system, Next, as well as previous experience with water damage and a good network in your area are meritorious.

Work Experience

• At least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
