Railone Group AB is growing and needs more people!

We operate within the railway industry and are primarily looking for you who are an experienced SoS leader and TSM protection to further develop with us.

But we also welcome those with experience in:

• Wheel loaders, construction.

• Mechanical and repair work of construction machinery.

• Track technology or experience working in track areas.

• Work management and logistics.

• Operator for TSA (TSM & BASTAB is a plus)

Railone Group AB has extensive experience in the industry. We have 2 Trafikverket approved instructors who train in all safety functions we are involved in and can thus help you develop all the way.

Work occurs during day, night, and weekend hours throughout Sweden, which also means that travel is required. A B driver's license is therefore a requirement.

Job Responsibilities

As TSM protection or TSM during block trains/shunting at Railone, you will have all of Sweden as your workplace and get to work at a varied pace on all our projects we are involved in.

You will work very independently and primarily be responsible for the safety of other personnel in the track area.

Your high safety awareness and ability to identify potential risks and problems before they arise is something that both we and our clients value.

When working on the railway, attention and a high safety mindset are required. You will also need to ensure that safety and protection planning for both work tasks and the workplace is part of our ongoing efforts to create a safe work environment.

We consider it an advantage if you have or are:

• Professional experience in contracts within the railway and/or construction industry.

• Safety and security leader.

• Safety and security planner.

• TSM protection.

• TSM block trains/shunting.

• BASTAB.

• Driver, shunting side tracks.

• Driver, block train or train operation.

About the Workplace

Railone Group AB is steadily growing and primarily operates in Sweden's extensive railway network where we perform both maintenance work and participate in reconstruction and new construction.

We are based in Orsa, Dalarna, where we have our headquarters, workshop, and newly renovated training facilities where all training takes place.
