We specialize in complete solutions for installation floors primarily for the electrical and power industry as well as data centers, but also in areas such as monitoring centers and laboratories. Do you have a practical background and enjoy working with project management?

Do you want to lead projects from start to finish in an unpretentious organization? We are now looking for you to work as a project manager in construction with us at Bergvik Sweden, specifically towards Borlänge.

Your Responsibilities

As a project manager in construction, we want you to work closely with our customers to plan and coordinate the assembly of our installation floors and ceilings. You will have the support of your colleagues in the sales organization, production, and other departments.

In this role, you will drive projects from start to final assembly and maintain ongoing contact with customers and installers to ensure that the installations are done correctly. Ensuring that materials and information are in place and that assembly occurs according to the set deadline is part of your responsibility.

Some days you will be in the office at the construction site handling additional orders, and other days you will be out on the construction site to plan progress and inspect the construction as it develops.

This position is based in Borlänge and the work will primarily be with a larger customer.

Your Profile

To fit this role, we prefer that you have a practical background and technical understanding, with experience in project management being a requirement.

We believe you find it easy to plan and structure your work, as this is necessary to meet deadlines. To do a really good job as a project manager, you are good at collaboration and attentive to capture changes that often arise at short notice, and you have the ability to quickly adapt and find new solutions. We are also looking for stability in your personality, where you maintain calm in pressured situations.

You need to have good knowledge of Swedish and English. A B driver's license is a requirement.
