Site Manager – Borlänge Operations Area

Your role as Site Manager

As a site manager, you are a key person in our operations. You plan, lead, and distribute work together with the site manager and are responsible for quality, work environment, customer contact, and financial follow-up. You ensure that the right resources are in place and that projects are carried out efficiently and safely.

In practice, this means that you lead maintenance and construction work on the state road network – for example:

• Sign and railing installation
• Paving work and drainage
• Mowing, clearing, and sand collection
• TMA driving and winter road maintenance

It is a varied job where you get to combine leadership in the field with digital planning and follow-up.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience as a site manager in maintenance, construction, or operations
• Is accustomed to working with digital systems
• Has a B driver's license
• Is communicative, flexible, structured, and enjoys leading others
• Has an entrepreneurial drive and sees opportunities

Meritorious:

• C driver's license
• Relevant education or documented experience in the industry
