Seize the opportunity to work as an appointment setter at Svensk Fastighetsförmedling in Södermalm. We are looking for someone who already has some experience in sales and is driven and self-sufficient. About the assignment

As an appointment setter, you will be part of a team that works to both expand and update our customer care system. It is a very important role that is both business- and service-oriented towards customers as well as real estate agents. You will analyze customer needs and deliver a solution through our products and services. Your main task involves both reaching out to new potential customers and following up with existing customers to book customer meetings. The phone will be your best friend!

The position is approximately 25 - 35% (about 10 - 15 hours/week) and you will work for an hourly wage + commission.

About you

We are looking for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, is goal-oriented, proactive, has great patience, and easily builds trust in conversations with customers. To succeed in this role with us, you should be a team player who collaborates well with your colleagues. If you are passionate about sales, have a strong drive, and are solution-oriented, you have found the right place!
