About the Position

We are looking for an engaged site manager who wants to drive our projects on-site.

You will lead the daily work and be responsible for ensuring that production flows according to plan, quality, and safety requirements.

You will have a central role between craftsmen, clients, and project management. It is you who ensures that the job gets done and that it is done correctly.

The position involves significant personal responsibility and is suitable for those who prefer working on-site rather than behind a desk.

Responsibilities

As a site manager, you will be responsible for:

• Managing ongoing projects
• Planning and distributing tasks within the work team
• Maintaining production timelines
• Quality assurance on projects
• Notifying residents and managing keys
• Participating in construction meetings
• Establishing the work site
• Registering actions and changes in the system
• Conducting safety rounds and working environment tasks
• Reporting incidents and accidents
• Managing inspections and addressing inspection points
• Reporting absences

The work takes place on our projects in Stockholm.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in the construction industry (preferably window renovations).
• Has worked as a lead installer, site manager, or similar
• Can plan and structure work independently
• Is solution-oriented and communicative
• Thrives with responsibility and pace

Meritorious:

• BAS-P/U
• BAM
• Experience with condominium projects
• Swedish in speech and writing (Polish/English is a plus)

You are a person who takes ownership of your projects.

You dare to make decisions, keep order around you, and get people on board without raising your voice.
