Everyone should feel welcome at Pinchos, and as a head waiter, you have a very important role. You are the first person our guests meet, and you set the tone for the entire evening. Your personality becomes your most important tool! We are looking for someone who naturally and effortlessly spreads joy and positivity around them.

We are looking for a person who is structured, quick-witted, outgoing, and can create a warm and playful atmosphere in the restaurant. You are accepting, positive, and enjoy being social and building relationships with both guests and colleagues. Your ability to focus, even during stressful and hectic moments, is crucial for us to provide our guests with the best experience.

The role involves responsibility for the evening, where communication with all the different stations in the restaurant is incredibly important for the service to be as successful as possible – both for our guests and for all employees. It will require you to work independently, under high tempo, and ensure that you are always one step ahead in your planning for the evening. You are expected to be attentive to guests' wishes and take great pride in ensuring that every guest leaves with a big smile on their face.

You will explain our concept and our unique app, learn our booking system, our menu, keep things clean and tidy, and of course, have fun – both with our guests and with your wonderful colleagues!

Pinchos is a restaurant concept based on a Swedish original idea from Gothenburg in 2012. The head office is also established in Gothenburg. In addition to offering a wide, varied selection of small dishes in locations with extravagant decor, Pinchos also stands out by being the world's first app restaurant. Since the start, our guests have taken both us, our app, and our food to their hearts. In 2014, the concept was opened up for franchisees, and in 2017, international expansion began. Currently, the chain has over 70 restaurants and is steadily expanding.
