We are looking for an experienced Algorithm Developer who wants to help develop the next generation of AI services in the energy sector. You will be a key person in a larger AI initiative where the focus is on developing mathematical models and algorithms that will form the basis of a future AI service platform. The work is done in close collaboration with other AI specialists and operational experts, with the goal of creating stable, scalable, and data-driven solutions.

• Develop mathematical models for optimization, prediction, and analysis of large datasets
• Design and develop advanced machine learning algorithms for delivery in an AI warehouse
• Develop algorithms that form the core of an internal AI service platform
• Collaborate closely with LLM developers and business experts to create a sustainable and scalable AI architecture
• Contribute to working methods, guidelines, and structure for the platform's continued development

• Documented experience in building mathematical models for production, optimization, or predictive analysis
• Strong competence in machine learning and algorithm development based on large datasets
• Ability to translate business needs into robust, scalable, and efficient algorithms
• Very good understanding of data structures, modeling, and evaluation methodology
• Ability to implement algorithms in Python

• Experience working in teams with AI or LLM developers
• Experience in deploying algorithms and/or MLOps
• Familiarity with working in agile teams
