The position is at Fjällglimten, Special Housing in Duved or home care, home care west.

The home care in the western parts of Åre Municipality consists of a special housing (SÄBO) with 8 residential places, and a home care area that geographically extends from Åre to Storlien.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We work to provide individually tailored and personal care and support as well as social stimulation. The resident's integrity, participation, and involvement are important to us. Our mission is to be professional practitioners who work to empower individuals in their daily lives so that they find their everyday life understandable, manageable, and meaningful.

Your tasks include planning and implementing good care and support according to the person's needs together with other staff. We work from a rehabilitative approach to maintain and strengthen the individual's own abilities.

Your tasks include performing health and medical care tasks delegated by a nurse, physiotherapist, and occupational therapist according to the Health and Medical Care Act.

You are responsible for documenting events related to the user in social documentation according to applicable legislation. This means you must be able to express yourself well in speech and writing and have experience using a computer.

We use the work tool TES and document in Treserva.

QUALIFICATIONS

We prefer that you have a nursing assistant education or care assistant education.

Experience in care work is highly meritorious. You have computer skills and knowledge in documentation, preferably experience from the documentation system Treserva.

You should convey calmness and security and be able to meet people in various situations professionally. You need to be flexible, able to prioritize, and make independent decisions. You should be responsive to the needs of our elderly and have a good approach. You should be able to create and maintain good relationships with all elderly, relatives, and colleagues. It is important to us that you have a positive attitude and are engaged in your work. You should be able to work both independently and in a team.

We value flexibility and the ability to quickly adapt. You should have good knowledge of Swedish both in speech and writing, as well as computer skills since documentation is a requirement.

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
