Landskrona Omsorg AB is a municipal company that offers care and nursing homes, health and medical care, home care, as well as support and services for people with disabilities. The company will operate all municipal care services in Landskrona starting in 2025 and is owned by Landskrona city.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for someone with a warm personality and a high ability to recognize the needs of the elderly for help, support, and companionship. With us, you will play an important role in creating safety, care, and quality of life for our elderly citizens.

As a summer substitute with us, you will work with individuals who can no longer have their needs for care, supervision, and safety met in their own homes. You will become part of the operations at our care and nursing homes as well as short-term accommodations for the elderly.

Practical Tasks

• Personal care
• Daily tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal support
• Support based on each individual's unique needs

• Presence in conversations
• Attentive listening
• Contributing to meaningfulness and safety in daily life

QUALIFICATIONS

• Completed high school education or ongoing high school education
• At least 18 years old
• Care program at the high school level or work experience in care and support is an advantage
• Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Preferably computer skills or experience with documentation systems

It is advantageous if you have completed the care program at the high school level or have work experience in care and support.
