This is your mission
As an internal service employee, you primarily work to provide support and assistance to the entire organization, and you have daily contact with a large number of the agency's employees. The tasks vary from day to day, and you switch between working with administrative and practical tasks. In the role, you provide internal service in the form of office-related services such as purchasing, replenishment, and distribution of various materials, as well as addressing fault reports and orders. You also contribute to ensuring that the office is representative and in a pleasant condition.
Other common tasks include securing incoming mail and goods, being responsible for setting requirements and managing office-related service agreements, contacting various suppliers, and various administrative tasks.
The role also includes assisting with volume copying and finishing such as binding and more, as well as courier driving and operating a forklift.
As the demand for service changes over time, the tasks may also change. Together with your colleagues, you continuously work to develop support for the organization.
The work involves periods of high workload and can be physically demanding.
Your placement is at the headquarters in Solna, and the work is performed on-site, which means that you do not have the opportunity to work remotely. Working hours are office hours, weekdays. Travel within and outside Sweden may occur.

Requirements:
- High school diploma
- At least one year of relevant experience in internal service
- Good computer skills
- Driver's license B
- Good ability to communicate in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing
Employment requires Swedish citizenship.
You who apply may also have competencies that add breadth and complementary perspectives. If you can contribute with one or more of the following, it is meritorious:
- Relevant work experience from public sector
- Experience in handling, securing, and distributing mail and goods
- Experience in large-scale copying and binding

You are attentive, flexible, and enjoy working in a job with many contact points. You are structured, meticulous, and used to working proactively, have an eye for what needs to be done, and are willing to take your own initiative.
Your communication skills are good. Working independently comes naturally to you, just as your good ability to collaborate makes you a colleague who is easy to work with.
At times, the work pace can be high, so you are used to switching between tempos and structuring and prioritizing your tasks. As an internal service employee, you work with both practical and administrative tasks, and you easily shift between them. As a person, you are open to change and adapt quickly to new conditions.
The Security Police has high demands for security and confidentiality, so we expect you to have a high security awareness.
Employment conditions
Swedish citizenship is a requirement, as employment at the Security Police involves placement in a security class. Employment also requires a satisfactory result in the security review with a background check, conducted in accordance with the Security Protection Act.
This is a permanent position that begins with a six-month probationary period. We apply individual salary setting. Employment comes with an obligation to be placed in a war position.
