Service Technician with Technical Interest

ABOUT THE POSITION

In this role, you will work with the operation, service, and maintenance of technical systems related to critical infrastructure. The work is varied – you will alternate between preventive fieldwork, technical troubleshooting in a Linux environment, and documentation in the office. You will become part of a close-knit team where personal chemistry, problem-solving, and accountability are key to well-being and success.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Tasks

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance in the field
Troubleshoot and resolve both hardware and software-related issues (including Linux and network environments)
Monitor systems and manage deviations using digital tools
Document incidents, actions, and service efforts
Maintain service equipment, tools, and vehicles
Implement technical improvements and updates of equipment

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

Has at least one year of experience in a similar role as a Service Technician
Has some system knowledge/IT skills
Holds a B driver's license
Writes and speaks fluently in Swedish and has good knowledge of English
Has a curious attitude and a strong desire to develop
Is flexible and open to some travel as well as on-call and night work

It is advantageous if you have

Good knowledge of Linux environments, e.g., knowledge of scripting and databases
Experience in electrical work or a background as an electrician or other relevant education in electricity
