We are now looking for an operations technician for a consulting assignment with one of Stockholm's larger privately owned residential property companies. The assignment starts in April/May and runs until October, with placement at Gullmarsplan or Solna.

Main Responsibilities
- Inspection, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of ventilation, heating, and electrical systems in our client's properties
- Conduct measurements of indoor climate in apartments with significant deviations
- Ensure that properties are operated in an energy-efficient manner, focusing on deviant trends, accustomed to working in connected systems
- Technical support/mentor to property managers within the work area, primarily focusing on indoor climate
- Responsible for the operation of the properties' solar panel systems, wastewater exchangers, car charging boxes, and heat pump systems
- Responsible for the operation of the properties' access systems/data connections
- Participate in proposing preventive measures and maintenance to reduce energy costs in the properties
- Responsible for the operation of control and regulation, especially Erab/Abelko systems
- Drive smaller energy projects, such as fan replacements, pump replacements, etc.
For this role, we are looking for someone who has the following:
- Education with a focus on operational technology, or high school qualifications combined with relevant work experience in property management
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in direct or indirect leadership
- Knowledge in control and regulation, heating, and ventilation
- Experience in residential properties is an advantage
- Good IT skills in relevant systems
- Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
- Driving license B
