The Operations

We are looking for summer substitutes for our operations within care and support, which includes home care, Viljan (short-term accommodation), Hemgården (nursing home), Klockarbergsgården (dementia care), and the night patrol. There is an opportunity for scheduling during the summer period. We are looking for someone with previous experience in care and support. It is important that you enjoy taking responsibility and can work independently as we often work alone.

Job Responsibilities

The work as a substitute with us means that you provide support and service based on the individual needs of the user and are responsible for ensuring that the user receives good care. The work involves interventions both in the user's home, special housing, and short-term accommodations. Main tasks include assisting with personal care such as showering, toilet visits, meals, etc., based on individual needs, performing health and medical care interventions, carrying out service tasks such as cleaning, laundry, shopping, etc., and working and documenting in various systems.

Qualifications

You must be at least 18 years old at the start of employment and have completed or be in ongoing high school studies. A B driver's license is required to work in home care. You must have a good command of the Swedish language in both speech and writing to communicate with users and other staff and to document what the operations and work require. A background in care education and/or experience in care and support is an advantage.

Working Hours/Duration

Scheduled working hours during the day, evening, and weekends. Summer substitute from 2026-06-15 to 2026-08-31.
