About the Workplace
Tegnér Vårdcentral provides primary care under a care choice agreement.
Tegnér Vårdcentral is run by 4 owners who also work as family doctors at the clinic. In addition to these, there are 2 employed specialists, 7 resident doctors, and Tegnér Vårdcentral is also the county's first training center for BT doctors with currently 4 BTs in service. We have a variety of clinics: Diabetes, asthma/COPD, dementia, incontinence, social worker, psychologist, dietitian, physiotherapist, occupational therapists, child healthcare, maternal healthcare, and travel vaccinations. We have a rehab coordinator who works with our sick-listed patients. The clinic has about 12,000 registered patients. We are the first clinic in the county to have a listing cap, which creates a good working climate at the clinic where we can plan how our clinic will be in the future.
The owners highly value engagement from staff to develop both care and operations, which we actively work on.
Job Responsibilities
You will work in an environment where collaboration, respect, and open communication are central values. Job tasks are varied and adapted based on the needs of the operation and your competencies. Qualifications
Licensed nurse, preferably with further education as a district nurse. Experience in telephone advice is preferred. We value previous experience working in a primary care clinic, but it is not a requirement. Additional merits include good knowledge in wound care or other specialist clinics such as incontinence, COPD/asthma, diabetes, dementia, vaccinations, etc.
Personal Qualities
You enjoy varied tasks. You are responsible, flexible, and positive, with a habit of working both independently and in a team. You have a positive and solution-oriented attitude. You have a good ability to adapt in a group and contribute to a good working climate. You are attentive, self-assured, and unpretentious. You thrive in change and can adapt when circumstances change.
