About the Company

FM Care provides home healthcare and home services in regular housing. Our team consists of nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists who together provide qualified care and rehabilitation at home.

Job Responsibilities

As an occupational therapist, you are responsible for assessment, planning, and implementation of occupational therapy interventions. You:

Investigate and assess the need for assistive devices and prescribe and trial them
Conduct ADL assessments and plan rehabilitative interventions
Guide and educate care personnel in transfers, assistive devices, and daily activities
Are responsible for documentation and follow-up according to current routines
