Job Responsibilities

One of Postis customers, operating in the field of superstructure and service for heavy vehicles, is now looking for a spare parts salesperson for their service team in Gothenburg. The company is well-established in the industry and delivers solutions to both private and public actors in transport and recycling.

About the Role

As a spare parts salesperson, you will be a central contact point for customers and partners. You will be responsible for the entire flow of spare parts – from advice and quotes to orders, delivery, and follow-up. The work combines customer dialogue, technical understanding, and administrative responsibility.

You will work closely with both internal functions and external customers to ensure high quality and good service at every stage.

Job Responsibilities

• Sales and support of spare parts
• Quote and order management
• Contact with customers, agents, and partners
• Warehouse-related tasks such as inventory and structure
• Preparation and management of documentation

Over time, you will build up a good product knowledge and act as an advisor to customers who need the right solution for their vehicles.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a strong customer focus and enjoys sales
• Has a technical background, such as workshop training or experience in technical sales
• Preferably has worked with spare parts or aftermarket
• Has experience with superstructures such as hook loaders, cranes, or refuse vehicles (meriting)
• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English
• Is familiar with Office 365 and business systems
• As a person, you are structured, responsible, and collaborate well with others. You have a good ability to see the big picture and enjoy finding solutions.
