An operational purchaser at our company is responsible for daily purchasing activities and ensures that materials are available for production on time, at the right cost, and according to agreed terms. In this role, you will create, manage, and follow up on purchase orders and ensure that deliveries occur as planned. You will have ongoing contact with suppliers regarding prices, delivery terms, deviations, and follow-ups on existing agreements. The role also includes responsibility for item management in the business system. You will collaborate closely with inventory and production to monitor stock levels and ensure an efficient material flow. Overall, the role is about meeting the needs of the business in a cost-effective and structured manner.

We are looking for someone who is structured, communicative, and thrives in an operational role with many points of contact. You work meticulously, have a good overview, and can express yourself clearly in both speech and writing.

Requirements for the role:

• Several years of experience in operational purchasing within the electronics industry or electronics production

• Good experience in working systematically with purchase orders, deliveries, and follow-ups

• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Meritorious:

• Experience with the business system Monitor

• Knowledge of electronic components

The position is a parental leave cover starting as soon as possible until August 2027, with the possibility of extension.
