We are now looking for an experienced Linux Administrator for an exciting consulting assignment at Saab in Stockholm (Solna or Järfälla). In this role, you will be an important part of an experienced team within Group IT responsible for the operation, management, and further development of Linux-based platforms in a business and security-critical environment.

You will work closely with both colleagues and the business to ensure high availability, stability, and security in IT services. The assignment is suitable for you who thrive in a technically advanced environment, have a strong security mindset, and want to contribute to improvements through standardization and automation.

As a Linux Administrator, you will work with server operations, troubleshooting, installations, patch management, and upgrades, as well as participate in projects related to the technology platform. You are also expected to actively contribute to continuous improvement work and the development of work methods and solutions.

The assignment is a consulting position through Poolia, where you will receive secure employment, support from your consultant manager, and the opportunity to develop through assignments with one of Sweden's most well-known technology employers.

• Standardize, streamline, and automate work methods and systems

• Participate in projects related to the Linux platform

• Work in operations and support teams with troubleshooting and installations

• Patch management and upgrades of server environments

• Ensure compliance with applicable security requirements

• Contribute to technical improvement work

• Has several years of experience with Linux focusing on server operations

• Has good knowledge of Bash and/or Python

• Has a strong security mindset and experience with automated configuration management

• Is meticulous, service-oriented, and enjoys working in a team

• Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and English

• Experience with Red Hat, SUSE Manager, or similar

• Ansible, Docker, and/or Kubernetes

• Experience in system hardening

• Consulting assignment through Poolia

• Location: Stockholm (Solna or Järfälla)

• The assignment is primarily performed on-site

• Travel within Sweden may occur

• The role requires a security clearance. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may entail requirements for certain citizenship.
