Description Our client in Stockholm/Järfälla is looking for a system administrator with a focus on Linux. The role means that you will be a central part of the team responsible for the operation, management, and further development of technical services that support the business. You will work to ensure that systems and digital services are available, stable, and secure, and you will actively contribute to creating efficient and automated workflows. The work requires attention to detail, security awareness, and the ability to collaborate with colleagues across different geographical locations.

Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for the operation and support of Linux servers and related services, including troubleshooting, installations, patch management, and upgrades. You will participate in projects related to the technology platform and continuously work to improve and automate workflows and systems. You will ensure that systems comply with current security requirements and contribute to improvement initiatives within the technology area. The role also involves travel within Sweden, and you will work closely with colleagues in both the operations and support teams.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience with Linux focusing on server operations

• Good knowledge of scripting languages such as Bash or Python

• Security awareness regarding automated configuration management

• Strong technical interest and willingness to follow developments in the field

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Communicative, service-oriented, and team-oriented

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Red Hat, SUSE Manager, or similar tools

• Experience with Ansible, Docker, and Kubernetes

• Knowledge of system hardening

Conditions The position is located in Stockholm, Järfälla/Solna, with work both on-site and potentially some travel within Sweden. The employment rate is full-time, 40 hours per week. The assignment runs from May 1, 2026, to April 30, 2027. The role requires approval according to current security protection regulations and, in some cases, certain citizenship.
