We are now looking for summer substitutes for our clients in Örnsköldsvik.

About the position: 

We are looking for summer substitutes who can support during regular staff's leave this summer. We would like you to be introduced to several of our clients in Övik. 

The clients:

Our clients living in Övik have varying ages and needs, from younger individuals who are more active to older people who need more peace and quiet. The clients' support needs vary from hygiene, cooking, exercise, transfers, activities, and you should have experience with assistive devices such as power wheelchairs, hoists, and mobile lifts. Some clients can speak and advocate for themselves, while others do not speak, and you will need to learn to interpret the client's body language and signals. Pets may be present, so you should not be allergic. 

Experience: 

It is an advantage but not a requirement that you have experience working in care and support, as a nursing assistant or have previously worked as a personal assistant. Since it is the client who chooses their assistant, we will place great importance on personality and chemistry. You will receive necessary training on-site with the client to ensure safety. 

Schedule:

All clients have different schedules, including both day and night shifts, as well as shorter shifts during the day and evening. There may also be awake night shifts or waiting time with our clients. With some clients, you will work completely independently, while with others, there may be double assistance. 

Desired qualifications: 

⁃Good physical condition

⁃A driving license is preferred but not required. 

Requirements: 

- Good Swedish language skills in both spoken and written form
