We are looking for a Coordinating BPU for various projects for IVmrv3 at the Swedish Transport Administration.

This is a consulting assignment. The work location is Uppsala.

The position is full-time.

The assignment involves close collaboration with the client, which places high demands on flexibility and teamwork.

The Assignment

The consultant assists the project manager with experience in leading and managing production, handover, as well as the preparation of tender documents and road plans. The role includes coordination of specialists, monitoring of schedules, finances, risk management, and quality throughout the project, as well as responsibility for the handover of completed infrastructure to Maintenance. The consultant will act as the representative of the Swedish Transport Administration with high integrity while also being a critical and supportive sounding board for consultants, contractors, and project managers.

Responsibilities

Review and follow up on the work of preparing tender documents.

Review and follow up on the work of preparing road plans.

Assist in establishing and monitoring necessary agreements with external stakeholders and property owners.

Schedule planning/establish necessary schedules for the project in collaboration with other project management resources.

Assist with cost estimation and forecasting as well as cost monitoring within the projects.

Manage the Swedish Transport Administration's measurement system MSS.

Prepare for the handling of UR/ÄTA.

In collaboration with the project manager, assist in the procurement of contracts for the project and its components.

Work with risk management throughout the project, manage Exonaut.

Manage synergy.

Participate in audits.

Prepare status reports and materials for quarterly reports and similar.

Participate in discussions on how to maintain and further develop collaboration within the project both internally, externally, and with other projects.

Assist in the preparation of final documentation and handover to Maintenance.

Monitor traffic during construction and the work environment.

Monitor progress in contracts and designs.

Be responsible for collaboration in the projects.

Requirements (Mandatory)

High school education with a technical focus or equivalent competence acquired in another way.

Assistant project manager, project manager, or site manager in at least 2 projects in the production phase of road projects, with a size >100 MSEK and at least one project containing structures.

Have been a project manager, assistant project manager, construction manager, or contract expert and participated in the preparation of tender documents for an execution contract >100 MSEK.

Have been a project manager, assistant project manager, construction manager, or contract expert and participated in the preparation of a Road Plan >100 MSEK.

At least 8 years of experience in construction activities, with at least 4 years as a project manager/assistant project manager/site manager/construction manager or equivalent.

Documented experience in the technical areas and standard agreements MER and AMA AB04, ABT06, and ABK09.

Documented experience regarding quality and environmental management systems.

You must be proficient in Swedish and English in both spoken and written form.

Class B driver's license.

Approved training BAS-U and BAS-P, not older than 5 years.

Have completed APV training.

Documented experience of collaborative work from at least one larger infrastructure project >100 MSEK.

Documented experience of risk management from at least one larger infrastructure project >100 MSEK.

Documented experience from the handover of at least one large construction project >100 MSEK.
