We are looking for a driven and service-oriented Technical Product Support Engineer with a focus on 3rd line and PC-based software. You will be part of an advanced product support team in robotics where you help customers navigate complex technical issues and contribute expertise regarding products, applications, and best practices.

The role involves close collaboration with a global service organization and many points of contact, both internally and with international customers.

• Manage and resolve advanced technical support cases at the 3rd line level
• Provide technical product and application support for PC-based software
• Collaborate with internal global service functions and support international customers
• Work systematically in a case management system with escalations and follow-up on response times
• Contribute technical expertise and customer-focused solutions in complex support cases

• University degree in computer science, software development, engineering, or equivalent experience
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in one or more of the following areas: robotics, RobotStudio, RAPID, .NET, Process Simulate
• Excellent communication skills and strong customer focus
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written

• Experience in 3rd line technical support, including case management, escalations, and working towards SLA/response times
• Experience in service or support-oriented roles
• Basic knowledge of networking and troubleshooting
• Programming skills, particularly understanding REST APIs
• Understanding of infrastructure and communication behind IoT platforms and web-based solutions
• Project management skills
• Previous experience in robotics
