Data Analyst at Göteborg Energi

We are currently looking for a data analyst for Göteborg Energi in Gårda. The position is a full-time consulting assignment starting immediately and lasting until June 1, 2026, with a very good chance of extension!

About the Position

The role will combine data analysis with predictive modeling. The role aims to strengthen the client's ability to understand and develop the customer base through analyses of holdings, demographics, industries, customer profitability, and potential growth (customer, revenue, and profitability).

The work is performed on established data sources and integrations, where the role focuses on analysis, insights, and predictions in close collaboration with the data analysis team responsible for the development and system integrations of the analysis platform.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Analyze the customer base, assess customer profitability, risks, and development potential.
• Identify growth opportunities at the customer, revenue, and profitability levels.
• Create and conduct both quantitative and qualitative studies to deepen customer insights.
• Create predictive models, for example, using Python.
• Develop forecasts, probability assessments, and risk indicators.
• Present insights in an educational and business-adapted manner.
• Support managers and teams in data-driven decisions.
• Work with existing data warehouses and integrations.
• Ensure data quality.
• Automate recurring analyses and reports.
• Document work processes and create reusable analysis modules.

• Good statistical understanding.
• Experience in customer and business analysis.
• Experience with quantitative and qualitative research methods.
• Familiar with compiling data into actionable insights and presenting them in an engaging manner.
• Python and basic Machine Learning.
