We are now looking for an engaged and driven facility technician to join our client's team in property management.

Information about the position

The assignment is part of our staffing services. You will be employed by Professionals Nord and work as a consultant for our client. The intention is that you will eventually be able to be employed directly by them, provided that all parties are satisfied with the collaboration.

We are looking for an engaged Facility Technician who wants to be part of our client's team in property management. In this role, you will work with various tasks within operation and maintenance, such as electrical, HVAC, and cooling systems. You will be an important part of a motivated team and work both independently and together with colleagues.

Together, you are responsible for ensuring that our client's offices and properties provide a safe, attractive, and sustainable working environment for both employees and visitors.

Responsibilities
The role includes, among other things:

• Supervision and maintenance of the properties' operational systems
• Corrective maintenance of heating, ventilation, and control technology
• Long-term planned maintenance
• Operation, development, and optimization of the property's systems
• Ongoing improvement work and documentation
• Participation in customer projects and assignment-based work beyond the regular agreement
• Active improvement and development work both internally and towards customers

We are looking for someone who has

• Relevant education in property management or similar
• At least 5 years of experience in property management
• Knowledge and experience in control technology, electrical, and HVAC
• Desirable with advanced knowledge in ventilation and experience in cooling
• Desirable with crane, lift, and truck licenses, Hot work certification, and Fall protection training
• Driver's license B is a requirement
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Basic IT skills, such as Microsoft Office and case management systems
