The Staffanstorp Health Center is a large health center with a wide range of primary care services and good commuting options to both Lund and Malmö, as well as nearby towns. Here, there is a strong commitment among employees to develop the operations together. We work in interdisciplinary teams where physiotherapists contribute their high competence in both our acute flow and in other team-based patient flows. Our expertise is gathered in spacious facilities, and we are around 40 employees who together take care of the health center's approximately 11,300 registered patients. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We now welcome a physiotherapist to the Staffanstorp Health Center! In your daily work, you will plan together with your colleagues and team leader.

Common tasks may include acute assessments, planned consultations, following your patients during treatment, or leading group activities. As a physiotherapist with us, you will be part of a team with other staff and a natural part of the interdisciplinary collaboration around the patient.

Patients of all ages with varying diagnoses come to us, creating opportunities for a varied and developing work environment. In return, we expect you to contribute to our development work, which is important for us to offer high medical quality with good resource utilization.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome you as a licensed physiotherapist with the authority to practice within Swedish healthcare. Language skills in Swedish corresponding to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale is a requirement. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

As a person, we hope you are loyal, engaged, and responsible. You enjoy collaborating but also have a good ability to work independently when required. Good communication skills and the ability to quickly adapt when the situation demands it are additional qualities we value. Competence and experience are always valuable, but being curiously interested and eager to learn can be just as important in this role.
