Vårdcentralen Staffanstorp is conveniently located with excellent connections from Lund and Malmö, as well as several other nearby locations. Here, patient-centered care is offered with knowledge and quality, focusing on the patient.

We are a pleasant and well-functioning health care unit with approximately 11,300 registered patients and around 40 employees. Our team consists of dedicated and competent staff from all professional backgrounds, working with a wide range of healthcare services. We have specialized clinics for diabetes, asthma/COPD, and heart failure.

We work in interdisciplinary teams and have a well-established acute team consisting of doctors, nurses, and nursing assistants, and we are also in the process of establishing interdisciplinary teams for other patient flows. If you have education and experience in heart failure clinics, there is now an opportunity to work and take responsibility for this area from the start with us.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We now welcome you who are a registered nurse or have further education as a district nurse.

In your role as a nurse/district nurse, you will assess various medical conditions and refer to the appropriate level of care. Telephone triage is a shared responsibility for all nurses and district nurses in the organization, and this work is combined with tasks in the acute team, in interdisciplinary teams, and with outpatient work.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome you who are a licensed nurse or district nurse with the authority to practice within Swedish healthcare. Language skills in Swedish at least corresponding to level C1 according to the Council of Europe’s scale are a requirement. Furthermore, we would like you to have experience working at a health center and experience with the PMO journal system. Experience in managing heart failure clinics is an advantage.

You who apply have an interest in people, find change exciting, and are eager to take the initiative to develop the organization. Furthermore, you are a person who enjoys working interdisciplinary, respects your colleagues, and contributes to a well-functioning collaboration. You have a good ability to see and meet the patient and their relatives. In your work, you are structured and can easily prioritize among your tasks.
