Storskarven is a combined care and group home. The residence is located in the quiet area of Bunkeflostrand, surrounded by green spaces and just a stone's throw from the sea. Just a few meters from the residence, there are good bus connections and access to free parking. The residence consists of 44 apartments, distributed over 5 departments.

We are now looking for an engaged assistant nurse to be distributed across all departments within the section. Working hours are during the day and evening, as well as every other weekend.

Job Responsibilities

We are looking for someone who is a trained assistant nurse and has previous experience in care and support work. As a person, you are warm and engaged with the target group, and have a positive attitude that promotes a good working climate at the workplace. It is also important that you have a professional demeanor and can create security in stressful situations.

The work requires medical care work after delegation from a nurse. You work based on person-centered care and ensure that those living in our residence feel that every day is the most important.

This position is a resource role within the organization, which places great emphasis on personal flexibility and a clear working method. You enjoy change and are passionate about the fact that no day is like the other.

Qualifications

• Trained assistant nurse with approved grades
• Experience in care and support work
• Good telephone and computer skills
• Communicates well in Swedish both verbally and in writing
• Experience in resource work/resource group

It is an advantage if you have experience in dementia care and/or education specializing in the field. It is particularly advantageous if you have training and experience in BPSD or experience with Senior Alert.

You have good collaboration with your colleagues and other individuals involved in the users' daily lives. You also have a good demeanor and encourage and support the users' own abilities.
