Leading the Way to a Sustainable Work Life – Every Day
Avonova is the leading player in occupational health and leadership development in the Nordic region.
With extensive knowledge and great commitment, Avonova helps organizations and their employees to become more sustainable, communicate more effectively, and improve their well-being. Health and work environment are crucial factors in creating long-term successful organizations. Our 1300 employees at 170 locations deliver health services across the Nordic region every day. Our clients are found in both the public and private sectors.
Are you our new licensed psychologist – focusing on individual counseling support?
We are looking for a licensed psychologist who wants to work with work capacity assessments and individual counseling support, such as advice and treatment - to promote health and prevent ill health in the workplace.
With us, you will work both with work capacity assessments and support client employees who are in need of professional counseling support. The conversations often focus on stress, crisis, sleep, life balance, and return to work. The interventions mainly take place in the form of shorter treatment contacts, both digitally and physically.
You will be an important part of our work capacity assessment team (AFB) together with rehabilitation coordinators, company doctors, and physiotherapists, as well as in other interdisciplinary collaborations within the organization.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is a licensed psychologist with experience in clinical treatment work
- Enjoys shorter series of conversations
- Has a good ability to create trust in conversations, even in digital meetings
- Has an interest in workplace issues and wants to contribute to people feeling good at work
It is an advantage if you:
- Have experience in conducting work capacity assessments
- Have worked in occupational health care or work-oriented rehabilitation
- Have good knowledge of how the work environment affects individual well-being and return to work
- Have experience in crisis support or work with stress-related ill health
We offer
A wonderful and warm team of behavioral scientists, psychologists, therapists, addiction therapists, and organizational consultants. You will have a varied and stimulating job in a developing company, alongside competent colleagues, interesting clients, and a culture characterized by collaboration and collegial learning.
With us, the commitment is strong and the desire to contribute to sustainable individuals and organizations permeates everything we do.
We have collective agreements with the Swedish Association of Health Professionals, the Academics' Union, the Swedish Medical Association, and Vision. A criminal record check and drug test will be conducted in connection with employment.
If you find this interesting, we welcome your application with a CV and cover letter. We work with ongoing selection, so we would like you to send your application as soon as possible. If you want to know more, contact health center manager Viktoria Johansson at [email protected]
All offers of recruitment and advertising assistance are declined.
