Multitechnician at Caverion – assignment with Trafikverket in Stockholm

Your role
As a multitechnician at Caverion, you will work on an important assignment for Trafikverket, responsible for the operation and maintenance of technical installations in Stockholm's tunnel and road environment. The facilities include Norra länken, Södra länken, Norrortsleden, Muskötunneln, and about 80 smaller facilities throughout the county. The work takes place in technically complex and varied environments – from tunnels and wells to pump stations and dams. The assignment includes several technical disciplines, including water supply, ventilation, cooling, and electricity up to 690 V. You will work independently, start from home with a company car, and have daily contact with both the team and the client. Night work may occur, and safety is always a priority.

Your main tasks:

• Perform supervision, maintenance, and upkeep of technical installations
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational disturbances within water supply, ventilation, cooling, and electricity
• Plan and document your work and report to the client
• Participate in projects, improvement work, and simpler installation tasks
• Contribute to upselling by identifying improvement opportunities

Your profile
We are looking for someone who enjoys responsibility, has an eye for technical details, and likes to work independently. You collaborate easily, take initiative, and always focus on safety and structure. You are accustomed to planning and documenting your work carefully, and you communicate clearly with both clients and colleagues.

We would like you to have:

• A relevant technical education, preferably with a focus on plumbing, industrial, or process
• 3–5 years of experience working with service agreements in property management, preferably with experience in water supply, ventilation, cooling, or industrial systems
• Good technical understanding and knowledge in electricity, mechanics, and processes.
• Good collaboration skills and experience with client contact, both in the field and during planning
• Good computer skills and very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Driver's license B
