Handyman at No18 – Part-time/Hourly Employment

No18 is a premium office hotel where feeling, quality, and details are in the walls. We are now looking for a handyman who sees what others miss – and fixes it before anyone even has time to complain.

This is suitable for you who are handy, self-driven, and calm, preferably a senior or retiree who wants to work a little but takes pride in the job.

About the role

You will be responsible for simple maintenance and ongoing fixes in our premises, including:

• Minor repairs, adjustments, and assembly
• Supervision of premises, furniture, and common areas
• Preventive fixes – better before than after
• Contact with staff as needed
