About the Role

As a property technician at SKAB, you will be an important part of the operations organization and responsible for the daily technical management of our community properties. You will work closely with the operations to ensure that the premises are safe, functional, and well-maintained.

The work is varied and practical, with a strong focus on technical systems, systematic maintenance, and good service. You will work both preventively and reactively, contributing to ensuring that our properties meet requirements for working environment, safety, sustainability, and regulatory compliance.

You will report to the operations manager and be part of an engaged team where we support each other and work towards common goals.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone with experience in technical operations, property maintenance, or similar technical work. You have a good understanding of property technical systems and enjoy a role where you can combine practical work with service and problem-solving.

To succeed in this role, you need to:

• Have a good technical understanding and experience with property technical systems (e.g., HVAC, ventilation, electricity, control systems)
• Be structured and meticulous in documentation and follow-up
• Have the ability to prioritize and act in emergency situations
• Enjoy a role with many points of contact and varied workdays
• Be comfortable working independently but also appreciate collaboration
• Have a B driver's license
• Be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, with a good ability to express yourself clearly and professionally
• Have basic IT skills, for example in property systems, case management, documentation, and digital drawings

It is a plus if you have:

• Experience in public operations
• Knowledge in energy optimization and operational follow-up
• Experience with SBA and working in case management systems
• Knowledge of sustainable property management

Recruitment will take place in stages until the new operations organization starts in October 2026, which means selection and hiring may occur continuously during this period.
