Service Technician at Makita Sweden – Join a Strong Team in Bredden

About the Role

As a service technician, you will perform high-quality repairs and warranty assessments of Makita products and support the daily operations of the service department. In our service workshop, five service technicians work together with our service manager Pierre. We handle around 6,000 cases per year, ranging from warranty repairs to advanced troubleshooting. No one specializes in a single area; instead, you will work with the entire range of Makita products, providing great variety and continuous professional development.

Your Responsibilities Include

• Repair, maintain, and function-test Makita tools
• Perform warranty assessments according to Makita's guidelines
• Register repairs and spare parts in our systems
• Handle simple customer inquiries via phone and email
• Contribute to a clean and safe workshop
• Report deviations or recurring product issues
• Support the service department and the rest of the organization as needed

Who Are You?

We would like you to have:

• Experience in technical work
• Interest in troubleshooting and understanding how systems connect.
• Knowledge in mechanics or electronics.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English.
• Driving license (B).
