JOB DESCRIPTION

As a property service technician, you will be part of a team of four people with different areas of responsibility. In your role, you will be responsible for operational property management such as repairs, furnishing offices and residential rooms, and snow removal. If necessary, cleaning and landscaping will also be included. The role also includes other operational tasks based on a defined boundary list between the landlords and Kriminalvården.

There are also administrative tasks such as handling orders.

The position requires close collaboration with the landlord, colleagues, other staff at the prison, and external contractors, and therefore demands good teamwork skills.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is secure, stable, and has good self-awareness. Since you will be working with your colleagues to run the operations, you need to have good collaboration skills and be clear in your communication. You are structured, service-oriented, and also have the ability to work independently. You should also have a physical condition that allows you to act physically if the situation requires it.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Completed high school diploma or other education in combination with work experience that the employer deems equivalent
• Practical knowledge in the property area
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form
• Driver's license B
• Good computer skills

It is an advantage if you have:

• Work experience as a property caretaker, service technician, or similar
• Experience in correctional services and knowledge of correctional procedures
• Authorization for loading machine C2
• Authorization for D-truck
