About the Position

At ICA Maxi Moraberg, people meet every day – neighbors, families, commuters, and regulars. It is important to us that every customer feels seen, welcomed, and well taken care of from the first hello to the last receipt. Therefore, we are now looking for an engaged and service-oriented employee for our checkout and front store.

With us, you will become an important part of the heart of the store. The checkout and front store are often the customer's first and last impression of the store, and your efforts make a real difference in everyday life. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, who has a smile ready, and who wants to contribute to a positive and safe shopping experience – every day.

For the right person, there is also the opportunity to work as a checkout leader resource, which means being involved in the management and operation of the Checkout and Front Store department.

Your tasks include:

Checkout work at the front line, self-scanning, and in the Front Store.
Customer service
Sales of games, tobacco, lottery tickets, and package delivery
Handling complaints and returns
Ensuring that the Front Store is well-stocked, organized, and pleasant

We are looking for someone who:

Has a genuine interest in service and customer interaction
Is responsible, stress-resistant, and meticulous
Enjoys working in a team but can also work independently
Is flexible and can work days, evenings, and weekends
Previous experience in checkout work is an advantage

Time Commitment:

Part-time 30 hours/week. We apply a 6-month probationary period.
Day, evening, and weekend shifts are included in the regular schedule.
The schedule may sometimes include early mornings starting at 06:00, as well as evening shifts ending around 23:15.
