JOB DESCRIPTION

We are now looking for you who want to work as a residential support worker or personal assistant in our operations this summer. We offer a meaningful job where you can make a difference for individuals in need.

We can offer work during the holiday period weeks 26 - 33. There are great opportunities to work before or after the end of the period. We are also looking for substitutes who can work parts of the summer.

We offer a bonus of 7000 SEK (before tax deductions) to those who work at least 240 hours between weeks 25 - 34. (Sickness or other absence is not included in the bonus-qualifying hours)

The job responsibilities include personal care and hygiene, transfers, medication, escorting, shopping, household chores, and assistance with daily activities. The work includes documentation according to legislation.

We are looking for summer substitutes for:

• Housing with special service (LSS accommodation)

You will work in our housing with special service in Järpen and support the residents with planning and implementation of daily activities based on an individually designed implementation plan. You may work with individuals with challenging behaviors and psychiatric diagnoses.

• Personal assistance

We have various assignments in Järpen and Hallen where you work on a 24-hour basis at the homes of individuals in need. You complement where the disability sets limits and work based on the individual's conditions and wishes.

QUALIFICATIONS

In the role of residential support worker or personal assistant, it is important to be attentive, flexible, and genuinely interested in people. You should be able to see, listen to, and confirm the people you meet.

Collaborating and contributing to a positive work environment among colleagues is a given for you. You should be able to read, speak, and express yourself in writing in Swedish fluently. If you have experience and/or education in healthcare, it is an advantage.
