Guests come to us for a social and pleasant relaxation in everyday life with fun bingo games. All our surplus goes to the association life, which makes our work very meaningful.

BingoRingen was born on December 29, 2017, but the management was active in bingo long before that. Today, we have several bingo halls around Sweden, and the head office is located in Karlstad.

Job Description:

We are now looking for an employee who can work approximately 55% on a scheduled basis and extra as needed. The shifts are scheduled for days, evenings, and weekends. Since we are open every day of the week, the shifts will fall on various weekdays.

The tasks include sales, café operations, cash handling, customer service, and announcements. It is important to us that customers are the focus and that we provide the best possible service and experience. During your initial period with us, you will undergo training to learn and understand the work. After that, you will work independently during your shifts.

Qualifications:

We want you to be service-oriented, attentive, social, and stress-resistant, as well as have good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form. It is an advantage if you speak additional languages, but it is not a requirement. A plus is if you have a good sense of numbers and are a quick learner. At BingoRingen in Eskilstuna, we work independently during shifts, so it is important that you can work autonomously and take your own initiative. If you have previously worked in customer service and sales, we see that as a merit, but the greatest emphasis will be placed on your personal qualities.
