YOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Your tasks will be in a large kitchen, including preparing and cooking meals for elderly care, preschool, school, as well as managing self-control, cleaning, dishwashing, planning the workday, and ordering raw materials.

FOR THIS ROLE, YOU MUST HAVE:

• A high school education as a chef or an equivalent education assessed by us
• Experience from restaurant kitchens and/or have worked in large kitchens, preparation kitchens, or production kitchens
• Experience with food data systems
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

WE VALUE THE FOLLOWING HIGHLY

• Experience with dietary food and cooking for the elderly
• Experience with cold food processes (cook & chill)
• Experience with the production of chilled meal boxes
• A valid driver's license (B)

YOUR PERSONAL QUALITIES

To succeed in this role, you need to have a genuine interest in food and meals. You need to be skilled in your craft, enjoy providing service, have good collaboration skills, and be creative. You are also responsible, have good communication skills, and can take initiative. You can plan your workday and prioritize both individually and in a group.
