Restaurant Assistant – Join our kitchen team this summer!

Do you want a fast-paced and fun summer job where food and service are the focus? Herrfallet is now looking for you who want to work as a restaurant assistant or chef this summer!

About the job

As part of our team, you will:

• Prepare and cook food according to the menu and hygiene routines. The restaurant has up to 150 indoor seats and 70 outdoor seats. Both group bookings and á la carte menu.
• Assist with dishwashing, cleaning, and preparations
• Receive deliveries and keep the kitchen clean and organized
• Work closely with both kitchen and serving staff to provide our guests with the best possible experience
• The work is mainly full-time during June-August

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a genuine interest in food and service
• Is stress-resistant, meticulous, and enjoys working in a team
• Previous experience in a kitchen is an advantage but not a requirement
• Can work evenings and weekends and has good Swedish and English skills.
• Having a driver's license and access to a car is an advantage as the workplace is about 13km from Arboga without public transport.
