We are looking for a cook who wants to work as a summer substitute and/or on-call worker with us at Vikingens care home in Malmköping.
Vikingen is a private residence for people with physical and mental disabilities.
As a cook at Vikingen, you will work independently in the facility's kitchen.
The food is prepared from scratch whenever possible. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served.
Your duties include ordering supplies, cleaning, handling special diets as needed, HACCP (product safety), and self-monitoring. You should have a good knowledge of the nutritional content of meals and be updated on the national guidelines from the Food Agency.
