Sundbyholms Castle is an exclusive hotel located by the southern shore of Lake Mälaren just outside Eskilstuna, a little over an hour from Stockholm. With a historical origin dating back to the 1600s, the castle has been adapted to meet modern and future restaurant demands. Peacefully situated next to the castle is the hotel section, offering a panoramic view of Lake Mälaren. The hotel features 116 double rooms and suites.

We are now looking for a:

Breakfast Manager

The role involves being responsible for the breakfast service in the castle's dining rooms. This means you will be responsible for planning and participating in the execution of the work, scheduling staff, and ensuring that the service level and quality are high.

The position is 75% and you will report to the restaurant manager.
