About us Aleris Specialist Clinic Linköping, formerly the Nordic Center in Linköping, is a private surgical unit with a wide range of specialties. The clinic is centrally located in Linköping and has three operating rooms, examination rooms, and its own postoperative unit. We serve private actors, insurance companies, and regions with plastic surgery, orthopedics, general surgery, pediatric surgery, ear, nose, and throat surgery, as well as bariatric surgery. Our operations are characterized by the opportunities of a small hospital with quick decision-making paths and immediate results. The role As a nursing assistant at Aleris Specialist Clinic Linköping, you will be offered interesting and varied tasks focusing on fast flows of day surgery operations and examinations. The surgical team consists of you as a nursing assistant, surgical nurses, and anesthetic nurses who work closely with anesthesiologists and surgeons in a team around the patient. You will have a responsible and stimulating job where you can participate in development work throughout the clinic.

About you You are a trained nursing assistant with experience in surgical care or postoperative nursing. Specialist training for nursing assistants with a focus on anesthesia, surgery, and intensive care is an advantage.

You have good collaboration skills, are flexible, and contribute to a good working atmosphere. You plan, organize, and prioritize your work effectively. As a person, you are attentive and work well with others to achieve immediate results. In your professional role, you are confident, take initiative, and see opportunities for development.

Employment conditions Employment form: Permanent employment, starting with a 6-month probationary period. Scope: Full-time. Working hours are scheduled Monday to Friday. Start date: By agreement. Salary: Individual salary setting. Collective agreement exists.
