Job Responsibilities
You now have the opportunity to gain insight into one of Sweden's largest wastewater treatment plants in the role of Property Caretaker.
As a summer employee for this position at Gryaab, you will belong to the Property Group in our Technical Supply department and become part of a wonderful team with an open atmosphere, high participation, and a helpful attitude towards each other.
The role of Property Caretaker primarily involves the maintenance of Gryaab's land area and facilities, including lawn mowing, gardening, irrigation, and basic plumbing work. The work also includes support and management of other property-related maintenance tasks. The work is mostly performed outdoors. The position is during daytime hours with normal working hours from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
Qualifications
We are now looking for someone who has completed a high school education and is over 18 years old, due to safety reasons as you will need to handle our machinery. We believe you are pursuing a vocational education in gardening or property management and hold a B driver's license to be successful in the role. As a person, you are positive, open, and engaged with good collaboration skills both internally and externally, and you master the Swedish language in both speech and writing.
