JMS Water Treatment is now looking for salespeople with strong business drive who want to work with direct sales to private households. Here, you combine sales, problem-solving, and sustainability – out in the field with customers.

The role is clearly sales-focused. You meet customers in their homes, identify needs related to water quality, and present solutions that provide direct value to the customer.

You work within your local district, prospecting your own contacts using a proven work model and booking your own meetings. The focus is on dialogue, trust, and closure.

In practice, the role involves:

·       Customer meetings at private households

·       Needs analysis and on-site advice

·       Presentation of solutions and business directly with the customer

·       Follow-up and simple administration

·       Direct sales of products with clear benefits and sustainability profile

·       An established company with a long-term perspective

·       Fixed salary + performance-based compensation

We are not looking for a technician who only talks about products.
We are looking for a salesperson who enjoys customer dialogue, problem-solving, and closing deals.

You:

·       Have experience in sales, preferably B2C or direct sales

·       Enjoy personal meetings and a clear sales pace

·       Are confident in taking payments and guiding the customer to decisions

·       Have an interest in sustainability and solutions that improve everyday life

·       Like technology to the extent that it helps you understand the customer's needs

Experience in field sales, home visits, consumer services, or similar is highly meritorious. Formal education is less important than results and the right attitude.

·       You are self-driven and responsible

·       You are motivated by results and satisfied customers

·       You enjoy working out in the field for most of the day
