About the position

Multeral is now looking for an administrator for the office in Tyresö. You will be an important part of the company's customer service department where you, together with a close-knit team, are responsible for invoice management, registrations, and customer contact. It is a broad role with a fast pace where you get to combine structure with service and problem-solving.

As an administrator, you play a key role in the post-processing of service assignments – you are responsible for ensuring that all assignments are registered correctly, invoiced properly, and that the customer receives quick responses to invoice inquiries. You need to thrive in an environment where the phone rings often and where tasks vary from day to day.

Your future tasks

You will work closely with colleagues in coordination and order reception, but with a clear responsibility within the administrative process.

Examples of tasks:

• Manage invoicing of service assignments, both to customers and internally

• Follow up on cases and ensure that the documentation for invoicing is correct

• Respond to customers' invoice inquiries via phone, email, and chat

• Administer warranties and internal billing

• Participate in switchboard management and receive incoming customer cases

• Register statistics and documentation in system support

We are looking for someone who

• Has at least 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within administration or finance

• Is comfortable on the phone and has a good ability to meet customers professionally

• Has good computer skills and technical interest

• Speaks and writes Swedish fluently and has good knowledge of English

• Is meticulous, structured, and self-driven

Meritorious:

• Experience with systems such as Mobigo, ExFlow, or Business Central

• Background in the service industry, preferably technology-oriented

• Previous work in the fast-food industry is a plus

As a person, they would like you to be friendly, patient, helpful, and solution-oriented. You are a team player who can also work independently and prioritize correctly in a sometimes stressful environment.

Employment form: Permanent with a 6-month initial probationary period
